Flowstate 5: "REJECTS" at Artist & Fare

"REJECTS" is a collaborative art show featuring local artists and other Wisconsin-based artists. It will be held at Artist & Fare on June 27th, 2026 from 5pm - 9pm.

Join us for a laid-back evening full of art focused on the outsiders, the fringe artists, and the local weirdos who create because they feel the pull of their very soul to do so!

We'll be holding an art gallery showcasing rejected work, abandoned and unfinished art, and more in the mezzanine of Collect & Gather.

The art market will stretch throughout the common areas, with artists selling their bodies of work and musicians performing alongside the market.

Interactive installations and new, unique artist installations will be spread throughout the building.

This will be the ONLY Flowstate Art Show this year! Come out to support your local artists, find yourself in a piece of art, find a friend amongst the crowd, and take home a few new pieces that stir your soul.

Beginner-Level Private Sewing Lessons

I will be offering one-on-one sewing mentorships for anyone who may have a sewing machine collecting dust in their closet!

My goal is to start small and teach you what you need to know in order to build a solid foundation of basic sewing knowledge.

Anyone interested must reach out for a consultation. Consultations will allow me to build you a lesson plan so that we can work together toward your long-term sewing goals and progress toward your dream projects!

I took 6 years of private lessons from a wonderful woman who serviced sewing machines, and later went on to work as an industrial seamstress. Everything that I made passed quality control with flying colors. With my experience working with different styles of machines over the years, I am confident enough to teach you how to use yours!

Classes will be held after store hours or on Tuesdays from 1-7pm. Sign up is required.
